How to Order :

Click on Our Wines to view our current inventory. Once you have found the wines you are interested in purchasing, you may call us directly at (949)-675-3410 or submit your wine request via email (info@cdmwinegallery.com). You will be contacted shortly after your request is made to review and process your order. We do our best to update the site daily, but there are times a wine will be listed that may be out-of-stock. Due to the limited quantities of many of our selections, keep in mind that you are submitting a request for wines in stock and not actually placing an order. A request is not an order until a confirmation is sent to you by the Wine Gallery staff.

Shipping:

Our standard shipments are UPS Ground Freight. We also offer 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air, & Next Day Air upon request.

*Each package is shipped with 'Adult Signature Required' which includes a one-time charge by UPS for $3.50.

*Each Package is automatically insured for up to $100. Additional insurance can be requested by the purchaser. This insurance does not include damage by weather (heat or cold).


POLICIES AND NOTICES:
Shipping: All alcoholic beverages are sold in California and title passes to the buyer in California. We make no representation to the legal rights of anyone to ship or import wines into any state outside of California. The buyer is solely responsible for shipment of alcoholic beverage products. By placing an order, you authorize us to act on your behalf to engage a common carrier to deliver your order to you.

Alcoholic beverages may be sold and delivered only to persons who are at least 21 years old. In placing your order, you represent to us that you are at least 21 years old and that the person to whom you are directing delivery is at least 21 years old. When your alcoholic beverages are delivered, the person receiving the delivery may be required to show identification proving that he or she is at least 21 years old.

WEATHER ISSUES:
We do not advise shipping by ground during summer months due to the excessive heat. Please advise us if you have concerns about weather extremes and we will hold your shipment at no charge until you determine it is safe to ship. UPS does not insure against heat or cold damage.

OTHER ISSUES:
Prices are subject to change without notice.

Quantities on certain items may be limited. We cannot guarantee product availability.
Freight charges for returned shipment(s) are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
You will be charged a $10 restocking fee on cancelled orders paid for by credit card in order to recoup costs incurred in preparing your initial order.

A 7.25% sales tax is applied if the wine is purchased from and is being delivered to an address in California. Orders placed outside of and being shipped to an address outside of California are not subject to California State sales tax.
It is possible that some of the listed prices at the Wine Gallery website may contain errors. The Wine Gallery reserves the right to adjust listed prices at our complete discretion, without prior notice. The listing of a price for any wine on this web site is not an offer to sell that wine, but rather is a solicitation for an offer from you, the consumer, to purchase that particular wine. A contract regarding that particular wine is not formed until Wine Gallery accepts your offer of purchase.

All wines stored at the Wine Gallery are done so in a temperature controlled environment to insure quality. The Wine Gallery cannot guarantee the condition of wine sold after it leaves our store. However, it is our goal to provide a pleasurable shopping experience and we will do everything in our power to insure that. Any issues that may arise with respect to the condition of wines sold by will be dealt with on an individual basis.
